Halifax AUS Trip
Enjoy transportation to and from Halifax, as well as weekend passes to the Atlantic University Sport (AUS) basketball championships for only $50 per student! Early bird pricing is only eligible to students who register before 4pm on February 14th. After this, the registration fee will be $65. Students are responsible for finding their own accommodations. Pride Dance
Join us for a fun-filled night listening to your favourite artists including Chappell Roan, Lady Gaga, Charli XCX, and more! This event is open to both CBU students and community members. Non-students must be signed into the dance by a CBU student. There is a maximum of 1 non-student sign in per student allowed. Tickets are $5 for CBU students and $10 for community members. Tickets can be purchased at the Students’ Union front desk, Caper Convenience, or at the door of the event. CBU students must present their student ID card at the door of the event to prove their student status. Non-students cannot purchase tickets or enter the event without a proven CBU student present. Everyone must present a valid government ID for entry as this event is 19+.

Waves of Change: Bystander Intervention Training
Join us one Thursday, February 29th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm in the Dingwall Boardroom for Waves of Change: Bystander Intervention Training.
Waves of Change is a peer-facilitated, evidence-based approach designed specifically for Nova Scotia post-secondary institutions that teaches participants about consent and bystander intervention skills.
This event is free to attend and no registration is required. Seats are limited and the first 15 students to arrive will receive a seat and must be on time.
Snacks will be provided for this event and all participants will receive a certificate upon completion.
